An Elimination Diet

is the fastest way to determine if your breastfed baby’s colic, eczema or reflux is being caused by food sensitivities in your diet.  By using an elimination diet, you could provide quick relief for your baby.

By reducing your diet to just 9 typically low allergenic ingredients: range-fed turkey and lamb, potatoes and sweet potatoes, rice and millet, green and yellow squash, and pears, it eliminates the guessing game of what you at may be causing distress.

The Challenge

is coming up with a week’s worth of nourishing, satisfying meals.  I’ve been there, and I know how hard it can be.  You are tired and probably don’t have a lot of energy or time and just want relief for your baby.

The Plan

To help get you through the week – below is a menu for you for a full week of meals for the this elimination diet.   Feel free to mix and match, adjust your portions and add snacks to make sure to eat enough – this diet is not for weight loss.  It is  suggested that you choose an oil for fat, either olive, canola, sunflower, or coconut if you know that it is not a problem.
